Read why pay secrecy is being banned for being outrageously unfair. Pay secrecy sops you from being able to negotiate your pay fairly. Never support a company that is not upfront about pay. They are dangerous!

When you can, avoid applying for jobs when you don’t know how much the company pays. If you are management materia, then you should already know this! Follow your instinct when applying for management internships or you become part of the exploitation jungle.
