Wholesale and Retail Training
The table below demonstrates the number of W&RSETA-accredited training providers per province.
These providers will have to focus on inbound strategies in order to draw the market to them. Focussing solely on outbound strategies is labour and cost-intensive.
Province | Number of WRSETA listed training providers |
North West | 4 |
Northern Cape | 6 |
Limpopo | 19 |
Free State | 19 |
Mpumalanga | 24 |
Eastern Cape | 52 |
KwaZulu Natal | 70 |
Gauteng South | 113 |
Western Cape | 119 |
Gauteng North | 119 |
Where are the largest searches for Wholesale and Retail SETA information?
The biggest searches for the terms ‘w&rseta’ and ‘wr seta’ are from Limpopo. However, it’s interesting to note that the industry stimulus is Limpopo has amongst the least W&R SETA accredited stakeholders (19) whereas the Western Cape ranks highest along with Gauteng North which both have 119 accredited providers. with less interest shown in the Western Cape.
However, it’s interesting to note that Limpopo has amongst the least W&R SETA accredited stakeholders with only 19. Those areas with the highest number of providers rank quite low in these search terms.
Training providers operating in North West, Northern Cape, Limpopo and Free State provinces have less competition and can strategise to capture the market searching for W&R SETA information.
